Business Analyst, Payments Growth Americas

The Payments Growth team is responsible for building, maintaining, and driving growth and adoption of our local payment methods. As a Business Analyst in the Payments Growth team, you play a key role in the team’s success.

You will be focused on managing core day-to-day payment activities and always on the lookout for opportunities to further scale and improve our products through operational excellence. You will interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to support our continued business growth in a scalable way. 

This is a varied, hands-on role in which your responsibilities will range from solving daily operational challenges to contributing to the further growth of our local payment method offering. Being able to interact with international teams is key, since your scope will encompass payment methods from Latam and North America.

What you’ll do

• Manage and improve our internal payment processes to help scale our business;
• Provide reliable insights in key performance indicators throughout the complete value chain to steer further improvements, as well as executing on those.
• Partner with our technical operational teams, and partners to optimize our processes as well as reducing the operational overhead.
• Enable commercial teams with data insights to support further growth and adoption of our local payment methods.
• Actively partake in programs geared to increase payment method adoption among our customer base

What you need to succeed

• 2-4 years work experience in a technical domain, preferably fintech.
• Experience navigating through complex (ideally technical) projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate detailed requirements into business solutions
• An eye for process improvement, optimisation and automation
• Ability to interact and cooperate seamlessly with a global team;
• Ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment;
• Commercially savvy;
• Experience with tools and languages such as Looker and SQL are a plus, but not compulsory
