We aim for an equitable hiring process that is rooted in the Adyen Formula. While the order of each interview may vary slightly, the core stages below apply across all teams and regions.

Application Review

We’ll be in touch within five business days of receiving your application.

Recruiter screen

One of our recruiters will reach out to learn more about you and your experience relevant to the role.

Team interview

You’ll meet with someone from the hiring team to have a more indepth conversation about the role and responsibilities, your experience, and ways of working.

Skills assessment

Depending on the role, we’ll ask you to complete either a technical skills test or a case study presentation.

Leadership interview

You’ll meet with a leader from the direct team you’re interviewing for and discuss your motivation for joining Adyen.

Final interview

Your final interview will be with a senior executive from our Management Board or Global Leadership team.

Absolutely. We understand that timing is everything, so please let us know if you’re interested again. If your application for a specific role was declined, please note that we require a 30-day waiting period before you can reapply for that same position, so our ATS will block you from doing so before then.
