Program Manager, Employer Branding

As a Program Manager, Employer Branding at Adyen, you will play a critical role in developing our talent brand across our 4 offices in North America (Chicago, San Francisco, New York and Toronto). We have ambitious growth goals in North America, and we want our brand as the employer of choice to grow with us. In this role, you will shape the strategy of Adyen’s North America employer brand and execute on impactful, needle-moving initiatives. You will also ensure global content is used to enable our LATAM recruitment team in order to begin building talent brand awareness in the region.

In this role, you will sit within the global Employer Brand team, which is part of the global Recruitment team. You will collaborate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to shape the strategy and create campaigns and initiatives that drive candidate engagement and recruitment enablement. This role will be based out of our Chicago Tech Hub.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and execute our Employer Brand strategy across our 4 North America offices, ensuring alignment with the broader global Employer Brand team goals.
  • Repurpose global and local campaigns for North America to begin building talent brand awareness in the region. 
  • Be a key source of knowledge on the local talent brand landscape and partner with the North America recruitment team to execute on advocacy, education, and enablement initiatives.
  • Own, grow and support our digital presence in North America, creating strong relationships with key local platforms and partnerships.
  • Define and monitor metrics and KPIs on local employer branding initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to everything you do.

Who you are

  • A data-driven mindset with solid Employer Brand experience who excels in converting data into insights and insights into action.
  • An expert in the current recruitment and talent attraction landscape in North America and knowledgeable about local recruitment trends, bleeding edge technology, and new employer brand practices.
  • Comfortable diving into technical subjects and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent at stakeholder management with experience working with internal and external parties to drive alignment and delivery on concurrent projects.
  • Experience building awareness, engagement, and talent attraction campaigns. 
  • An entrepreneurial and fast-working individual who is not afraid to get creative and be bold in your work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
