Sales Manager Enterprise

We have a position in our commercial team where you will be working with fast growing companies, always on the move, looking for new customers everywhere you can, approach, pitch and follow up with prospects, customers and partners. A born leader and always a step ahead, in a high tech, fun, challenging environment. You have the drive to connect with decision makers and know how to tell an appealing story and get them interested in using our services. This position is based in São Paulo and reports to the Head of Sales LATAM.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and approach prospective customers. Then negotiate deals and close contracts; 
  • Sell Adyen Payment Solutions to large, domestically and internationally operating corporations; 
  • Generate new business for Adyen in areas such as Retail, Digital, Travel, Gaming, New Tech;
  • Build a long-term trustful relation with your merchants; 
  • Collaborate with underwriting/ compliance, implementation, and account management teams to seal the deal; 
  • Work together in a young entrepreneurial environment that brings innovation to its clients;
  • Exceed set yearly goal of Gross Margin. 

Who you are

  • Desirable: 3 years of experience in payments/tech sector;
  • You have to ability to build a healthy pipeline, working on the right accounts to board on the platform; 
  • Flexible, informal yet professional. Excellent and direct communicator; 
  • Team player;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Relevant business network in the region.
