Digital Marketing Manager

Adyen is looking for a hands on, data-driven, and proactive digital marketing manager to join the Middle East team in Dubai. You’ll be responsible for online acquisition efforts and marketing database management to support the commercial goals in the region. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, data, tech and tools, and is a strong communicator with a wide range of digital marketing skills. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B Account Based Marketing as the main goal is to drive quality leads in our highest value accounts. 

What you’ll do:

  • Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns in the UAE through paid and organic digital channels: SEM (SEO and SEA), display and social;
  • Create campaign briefings and implement efficient project management to ensure campaigns running according to schedule;
  • Work together with the marketing team to set up email marketing for UAE, such as nurture campaigns and newsletters;
  • Work with the local commercial team to import qualified leads into our CRM (Salesforce) including; data enrichment, cleaning and accuracy;
  • Help build, manage and grow our organic social media presence in the Middle East, working together with the content and design teams;
  • Manage digital agency relationships.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience of supporting B2B companies to reach their acquisition goals through digital channels, client-side or in-agency;
  • Hands-on experience in setting up, monitoring and managing Programmatic advertising, Paid social advertising, Search engine advertising (SEA);
  • Proven experience in building and managing integrated Account Based Marketing (ABM) programmes across all stages of the funnel;
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and high literacy of Google Analytics, marketing automation (Marketo is a plus) and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus);
  • Fluency in spoken and written English - Arabic is a plus;
  • A positive self-starter with strong analytical skills, and ability to navigate through ambiguity;
  • Good understanding and appreciation of working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment;
  • Willingness to travel a couple of times per year to other Adyen offices.
