Product Specialist, Integration Tools - Salesforce Commerce Cloud Cartridge 

The integration tools team focuses on helping customers integrate as easily as possible with Adyen’s products. Think of our checkout API, In Person Payments offering, as well as Plugins that allows customers to set up their payment processing in a fast and scalable way. 

We're looking for a candidate who's strongly passionate about the combination of e-commerce, payments, integrations and technology, including innovation of new features and functionalities. You'll be part of the executing the roadmap for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud plugin. Managing multiple stakeholders, internally as well as externally on a global scale adds additional (fun) challenges!

As a product specialist, you will be responsible for further building out our Salesforce offering. Further future-proofing the product, working closely with our customers and developers all around the world and staying ahead of the competition will be your daily challenge. You will work closely together with the commercial teams, implementation teams and customers to explain our offering, and translate their feedback into product enhancements together with our development teams.

What you’ll do

  • Product: Work collaboratively with engineers, design, data, operations, commercial teams, partners and merchants to improve our existing solution as well as working on industry revolutionising products and features;
  • Prioritisation: Identify which projects are the most important for long term success;
  • Implementation and delivery: Be able to create technical proposals ready for implementation to developers, and be the driving force behind progress tracking and product delivery; 
  • Commercial guidance: Help our customers and internal teams to gain an understanding of the features and usage of your team’s product. This includes providing training, preparing documentation, and launching dashboards.

Who you are

  • You have outstanding analytical skills, and are not afraid to dive into complex, technical subjects;
  • You have excellent organisational skills and know how to manage a project from conception to launch;
  • You have strong communication skills and can work well with both technical and commercial teams;
  • You are a quick learner and take a ‘launch fast and iterate’ approach to tackling problems;
  • You take pride in putting your team first, you value teams over ego;
  • Your strong sense of initiative and self-motivation will add value to a fast-growing business;
  • Experience with tech or coding is a plus;
  • Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Please, note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of the Netherlands.
