Partner Marketing Manager - North America 

Adyen is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategy, planning, and execution of our North America partner marketing goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing partner marketing plans with key partners in North America while driving engagement, mindshare, and revenue.

Our ideal candidate has experience working closely with channel sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. You have a proven track record of creating and activating joint marketing plans while building and leveraging relationships with focus partners.  You also possess great communication skills, as you will work closely with stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, global Adyen teams and our partner ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to join the expanding Partner Marketing function within Adyen.  

What you’ll do:

  • Align internally with Partnership Managers/Sales team on integrated partner marketing plans and growth goals.  
  • Develop quarterly and annual partner marketing strategies with Point of Sale, E-Commerce, Platform, and System Integrator partners with clearly defined joint KPI’s to support joint business plans. 
  • Evaluate the success of partner marketing efforts by reporting on metrics including but not limited to lead generation, engagement with content, attendance to virtual events and open rates. 
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, content, event and design teams to ensure the delivery of creative assets and successful campaigns/events. 
  • Work closely with Senior Partner Marketing Manager, to further support strategic partner initiatives and North American partner objectives. 
  • Design and implement metrics to measure business growth, partner effectiveness, and ROI

Who you are:

  • 5-7 years Channel or Partner marketing experience
  • Strong ability to foster, develop, and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Comfortable working autonomously in an unstructured environment 
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Social Media Tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong data-driven marketing experience - each program you run has clearly-defined success metrics
  • Excellent communicator who is comfortable presenting to senior management
  • Proven experience in building successful creative assets and marketing content
  • Enjoy people and building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a unique ability to translate technology features into business benefits
  • A bias for action, results and delivery
  • A reliable team player who loves to have fun!
  • This role is based out of our San Francisco office, and will report into the VP Marketing North America
  • Some domestic and international travel required
  • This is a full-time position with the ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week
