Partnerships San Francisco

This is Adyen

For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

We’re hiring a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive Ayden’s North American Technology Partnerships program. In this pivotal role, you’ll cultivate relationships with global and regional tech platforms, optimize our GTM efforts with partners, and scale Commercial Engine. You’ll oversee existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and negotiate strategic terms. As a bridge between partners and internal teams, your seamless execution and thought leadership will elevate our partners’ success. Our robust tech partnerships portfolio includes industry giants like Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Zuora and more.

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in partnership management within the Payments ecosystem, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to transform opportunities into impactful collaborations. Crucially, the candidate must have the ability to influence at the C-Suite and comfortable owning/delivering on commercial KPIs (i.e. driving top of funnel leads, margin put live, ensuring best-in-class integrations, Go-to-Market (GMT) planning/execution, embodying the Adyen Formula etc.). Experience with the POS landscape is a plus.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in scaling our partnership organization to drive enterprise pipeline growth for the sales organization, contributing to the acceleration of our overall business growth trajectory and thought leadership on the evolution of the Payments ecosystem. If you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and have a proven track record in optimizing partner management, we invite you to bring your ideas and initiatives to our ambitious team.

  • Innovation: Demonstrate Adyen's cutting-edge financial technology solution
  • Product: Ensure technical integrations are developed to support the partnership to enable Merchants to access to full suite of products across Adyen and Partners
  • Collaboration: Work together with Adyen's global partnerships and sales teams by attending meetings with existing and potential partners and customers
  • Willingness to travel (~30%+ of the time)
