Commercial Partnerships Manager
We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to help build and scale Adyen’s partner ecosystem. We work with a variety of e-commerce platforms that advise merchants on solutions. We want to be the payment solution of choice for these partners.
With both business and product acumen, this individual will identify, develop, and maintain Adyen’s key strategic enterprise technology partnerships. Through relationship building, joint go to market planning, conferences, market data, trainings, webinars, co-marketing activities, and your own ideas and initiatives, the goal is to bring in new business through partners..
What you’ll do
- Be the partners go-to payment expert and consultant,
- Recruit, negotiate, and manage partner agreements that will generate and/or advance the opportunity pipeline,
- Manage and nurture partnerships,
- Develop joint go to market strategies,
- Align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality integrations,
- Bring in new business through partners,
- Attend and organize events to promote Adyen’s solutions.
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience in a commercial client facing roles,
- You have experience building partnerships with digital commerce platforms,
- You are a born networker with high energy, a self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a commercial edge and entrepreneurial spirit;
- You have excellent presentation skills and are an excellent story teller,
- You are willing to travel up to 25% of your time for business purposes,
- You have excellent organizational skills to thrive in a flat organization with a lot of autonomy,
- You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in Polish and English, additional languages are a plus.

Please note that this is a full time position in Warsaw and will require a relocation in case you live outside of Warsaw.
