Senior Product Manager, Employee Productivity

In this role, you will be working closely with the Business Enablement team (BE). The BE team is within Platform Engineering, supporting all of Adyen’s colleagues in our 28 global offices, provisioning access to productivity tools, knowledge sharing and engineering portals, 50+ internal services, automation, and infrastructure that enables employee productivity. Our products and services enable the growth of Adyen while helping employees deliver faster with self-service tools, providing an amazing employee experience.

What you'll do

• Working closely with a technical team lead, you will be responsible for one of the products of our growing product suite.
• Focus primarily on defining the product strategy for internal tooling globally.
• Data research to establish usage of cloud tools as a product, a roadmap, executing the strategy, and ensuring all teams and stakeholders are aligned.
• Interact and collaborate regularly with infrastructure engineers, software developers, product managers, and the leadership teams from other departments.
• Serve as a leader across Adyen for supporting and driving innovative solutions and decision-making.
• Prioritize among different problems, ensuring that imminent issues are resolved first and the long term is also taken care of.

Who you are

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager and delivered successful outcomes.
• Experience in collaborating with internal infrastructure teams to drive organizational productivity for employees globally with internal services and cloud tooling.
• You have technical fundamentals to build a platform as a product while working closely with technical subject matter experts.
• Able to make strategic choices, considering business and technical needs, as well as the needs of the team.
• Someone with a growth mindset and the thirst to learn and build great products.
• Fueled by curiosity, always on the lookout to learn how something works, whether it's our platform's performance, application architecture, or the scalability of our products.
• Someone who promotes strong teamwork, healthy collaboration, and inclusivity.

Please note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of the Netherlands.
