As a Technical Business Partner (Java) in Madrid, you’ll be helping building our Tech Hub and focus on the day-to-day recruitment process for our technical vacancies. Working closely with engineering leadership and teams - you’ll be finding, selecting, and hiring the talent of Adyen. Recruitment is recruitment, right? Who you are:
- Proven experience in Tech Recruitment, preferably in the IT market in Spain
- Interested in building and scaling backend (Java) engineering teams in a fast growing industry

- Experienced in advising and training hiring managers and interviewers to grow Adyen teams in a scalable and inclusive way
- Thoughtful of driving diversity, equity and inclusion recruitment initiatives within your teams
- Creative, self-driven and not afraid to be direct without being rude
- Experience with recruiting for multiple different roles, partnering with multiple hiring managers
