Team Lead, Implementation & Support
As an Implementation and Technical Support Team Lead, you will steer a team of technical experts who work directly with merchants to help solve complex technical and operational questions, and Implementation Managers who work with Adyen's largest merchants globally to solution, consult, troubleshoot, implement, and launch scalable technical integrations.
Day-to-day you will be working with multiple teams across Adyen, such as Operations, Engineering, Product, Account Management and Sales to provide an exceptional merchant experience. The ability to foster cross-team collaboration will be key to success.
