Head of Platform Operations
This is a unique opportunity to lead Adyen’s Platform Operations team. Adyen’s Platform Operations team works with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and drive forward operational excellence initiatives. The team is responsible for all customer communication for platform incidents and product changes and an integral team in our incident management processes.
If you are a seasoned Incident Management, Crisis Management, IT Operations or Customer Service professional looking for a new adventure we would love to meet you.
