Through Adyen Impact, we build functionalities to seamlessly position our merchants and their shoppers to do good. We are not seeking margin when it comes to our Impact products, we are committing and investing in a strong infrastructure that will help our merchants generate funds for charities and climate action projects that are close to their brand and strategy.
By leveraging our existing technology, we built Giving, a feature that enables shoppers to donate to the merchants’ charity of choice with one click. Through this feature, we are able to facilitate our merchants’ shoppers’ desires to do good, and create additional revenue streams for charities. We also launched Restore, a product feature that enables our merchants’ shoppers to carbon compensate at checkout.
Partnerships Specialist, Impact
We’re looking for a fast learning, hands-on Impact Partnerships Specialist. You have strong commercial and strategic skills and want to contribute to Adyen's Impact’s growth by working closely with our merchants and commercial teams to position and increase the use of our Impact product suite within our existing accounts.
What you’ll work on
- Growth opportunities: Increasing the adoption of our Impact product suite (e.g. Giving) within Adyen’s existing accounts, together with account managers
- Show the added value to the merchant (and their chosen charity)
- Convert new opportunities to live campaigns
- Growth and retention of existing campaigns
Support commercial and operational teams to sell, implement & grow our Impact product suite.
Help optimize and automate our commercial processes, with a strong focus on scalability.
Execute on key strategic commercial projects that expand Adyen’s Impact product suite.
Who you are/have
- A belief that businesses are uniquely positioned to do good – driving social and environmental change, and to play a meaningful part herein.
3-6 years of experience in a customer facing sales/business development/account management role
Demonstrated ability to prepare and lead commercial meetings and manage a sales process from start to end
The ability to quickly identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities and tasks
Proven success in building and maintaining long term commercial relationships
You are someone who can work independently while also enjoying teamwork and sharpening each other's ideas.
You like solving complex problems, and go to great depths to understand the underlying dynamics. See something broken? You will fix it.
Fluency in both spoken and written English – and you are not afraid to get out there to let your voice be heard.
Experience in selling (marketing) B2B software is a plus

Please note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of the Netherlands.
