Accounts Payable Process Specialist

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Process Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end purchase to pay process globally and day-to-day operation of the financial function of the business.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for ensuring accounting, controlling and reporting for end-to end purchase to pay process globally;
  • Take ownership of global processes such as supplier invoice processing, paying suppliers, reconciling prepaid assets and supplier accruals, and assisting with VAT reporting;
  • You'll be responsible for further driving automation to streamline core functions and improve accuracy, working closely with global leads and operational teams as well as the rest of the finance organization;
  • Optimise the current processes and work towards scalable processes;
  • Continuously working on improving the payment process.

Who you are

  • You have 2-5 years experience working in finance department with proven experience of process improvements and automation;
  • You are able to translate operational tasks into automation projects;
  • Hands on experience in the accounts payable process;
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to push boundaries and get  things done;
  • You have a financial background and enjoy detail-oriented work;
  • You enjoy working in close partnership with other areas of finance, operations and commercial teams
  • Having experience in leading a team is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English.
