Payments Operational Rules Specialist
In order to build a sustainable business, Adyen, as a financial institution, needs to know at all times what our customers are up to and whether this is in line with the rules and regulations of the leading global Card Schemes Payment Networks, as well as with our risk appetite. The Payment Networks Operations team is responsible for ensuring that our merchants are and remain compliant with these rules and regulations.
The Payment Networks Operations team based in Mexico City works closely with its counterparts in São Paulo, San Francisco and Amsterdam, as well as with our Global Compliance department. You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team that continuously strives to iterate and improve on existing processes. You are somebody who takes ownership, learns fast and has a critical mindset that seeks to optimize our risk-control efforts. In addition to providing ongoing guidance to our merchants, Underwriting and Commercial teams, you will also be in direct contact with local clearing houses (camaras de compensacion) such as Prosa, Visa and MasterCard, and the Card Schemes (Titulares de Marca o banderas), such as Carnet, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and with the local referee (Arbitro Operativo).
