Digital Marketing Manager 

Adyen is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage Adyen’s paid digital campaigns that support our goals of increasing awareness and driving MQLs. You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of these paid media campaigns in partnership with our media agency. You have experience running campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, programmatic display & video, native and podcasts, and deep knowledge of GA. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, data, tech, and is a strong communicator with a wide range of digital marketing skills. You are hands-on, with an ability to develop, implement, track, and optimize new marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is based out of our San Francisco office

 What you’ll do:

  • Plan and work with our digital media agency partners to execute and optimize awareness + lead generation campaigns across paid search tactics, programmatic and social media channels
  • Define channel KPIs and report on weekly and monthly partner and GA performance
  • Collaborate with Senior Media Marketing Manager as well as the GTM Sr. Marketing Manager to help develop brand, demand gen & ABM campaign strategy and goals
  • Set learning agenda and execute tests to measure ROAS
  • Utilize the latest marketing trends, technologies and marketing platforms to support go-to-market efforts
  • Leverage analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns across all channels
  • Manage budget, internal resources, and agencies, to achieve KPIs and continuous innovation

 Who you are

  • 3+ years of B2B digital marketing and customer acquisition experience  
  • Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
  • Experience in working with data-driven optimizations - Monitor, Evaluate, Test and Learn 
  • Ability to tell a story with data, articulate what’s working and what’s not, and set a vision for how we’ll further evolve our campaign approach
  • A self-motivated, creative, and passionate person who loves to work in a global environment and is willing to travel
  • Some domestic and international travel required as safety permits
