Manager, Customer Success

As the Manager for our Customer Success team, you'll lead a dynamic group responsible for providing top-tier service to our portfolio of mid-sized, fast-growth customers. Through a pooled customer success approach, your team will focus on efficiency and proactivity, driving growth and retention in our North America portfolio as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Build strong relationships with our customers, accelerating product adoption and demonstrating value.
  • Coach and mentor customer success managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, including customer escalations and critical negotiations.
  • Define and monitor commercial objectives, ensuring the success of our North American portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive initiatives for increased productivity and satisfaction.

Who you are

  • You have 5 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role in technology, with 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in the Payment industry is a plus.
  • You possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in our products and industry.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and excel at thinking big picture and scale.

Other Job Details:

  • Based out of our Chicago office
  • Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours/week
  • Some domestic and international travel required
