HR Specialist

Adyen is looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist that can join the HR Team to further drive the exponential international growth of the company. Our aim as a team is to support and develop the growth, management and retention of our talented, driven and diverse Adyen workforce. In this role, you will focus on growing and scaling the business on all their HR queries - keeping employee experience and our Adyen Formula on top of mind.

As an HR Specialist you will be part of the HR Innovations Team based in our Amsterdam office.

What you’ll do:

  • Support full employment lifecycle of an Adyen employee, with a focus on the onboarding of our new hires and employee experience;
  • Maintaining personal files and offering support on relocation;
  • Help manage our HRIS (Workday) and other HR systems;
  • Working closely with every part of the HR Team and close to the business;
  • Continuously innovate and automate to further scale Adyen and the HR Department.
  • Supporting our EMEA offices out of Amsterdam

Who you are

  • 4+ years experience in an international HR environment (familiarity with the Dutch/ EMEA HR ecosystem is a big plus);
  • Experience with a HRIS, preferable Workday;
  • Experience with global mobility is a big plus;
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment;
  • Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity;
  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms;

Please, note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of the Netherlands.
