HR Systems & Reporting Specialist

Adyen is looking for an enthusiastic HR Systems & Reporting Specialist that can join the Global HR Tech Team to further drive the exponential international growth of the company. Our aim as a team is to support and develop the growth, management and retention of our talented, driven and diverse Adyen workforce.

As a HR Systems & Reporting Specialist you will be part of the Global HR Tech Team based in our Amsterdam office and support with scaling, maintaining and innovating on our current systems and processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the HR Analytics team to drive global HR Data process improvements, digitalization and automation through technical solutions;
  • Design, build, test & enhance reports and dashboards; 
  • Manage our data security set-up so it aligns with the needs of our growing company;
  • Create effective solutions to keep data compliant & accurate;
  • Collaborate with teams throughout the business to optimize value provided;
  • Support operational data loads & requests;

Who you are

  • Hands on Configuration Experience within different Workday modules, Advanced Reporting, EIBs and similar tools;
  • 2+ years experience in an international environment working with Workday;
  • Previous experience as a HR Reporting Specialist either as an internal resource or as a consultant;
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment;
  • Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity;
  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
