Reward Specialist

We’re looking for a Reward Specialist who is excited to join the HR Team in Amsterdam to further support the international growth of the company. Adyen recruits and retains the best talent worldwide by offering competitive payment structures that take account of our strategy to focus on our merchant’s growth, to change the payment landscape and on having fun. Our ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, takes ownership and is not afraid to roll-up-their-sleeves to meet the business needs.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, implement, communicate and analyze reward programs, policies and processes.
  • Supporting the Business and HR Business Partners with challenges and requests on compensation, employee benefits or employment conditions.
  • Coordinate, support and execute quarterly and annual reward processes, such as the annual salary review and bonus awards.
  • Execute salary benchmark exercises and market data analysis.
  • Manage the remuneration package design of our future and current international assignees.
  • Work together and connect with other HR Teams on Reward related projects.

Who you are

  • A Reward professional with at least 3+ years of experience in an international environment.
  • You are analytical and detailed but pragmatic in execution.
  • You are able to translate and transform local and international remuneration regulations to practical solutions which drive the business forward.
  • You have experience in the set-up of international assignments (global mobility)
  • Able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders within the Adyen and able to connect with external suppliers.
  • Fluent professional communication in English
