Head of HR APAC
As the Head of HR APAC, you will be based in Singapore supporting our Adyen offices in Australia, India, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Singapore. Reporting to the President of APAC, you will be managing a team of Recruiters, HR Business Partners and Office Manager.
You will be accountable for all HR disciplines in the region including, but not limited to, Recruitment, Rewards, Learning & Development, Global Mobility, Performance Management, Payroll, DEI, Wellbeing and new office set-ups. You will be working closely with our global COE’s based in our Headquarters in Amsterdam.

This role requires you to effortlessly navigate between responsibilities related to long term strategic plans, team management, global HR initiatives, business partnering and day-to-day solutions to unique challenges. Our business and teams are growing rapidly and the role of HR is to enable scaling for the future while keeping our unique culture that brought us to where we are today.
