Marketing Manager, DACH

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting Adyen’s marketing activities in the DACH region, with the aim of developing and managing marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives around lead acquisition and up-selling, advance brand recognition and supporting commercial teams with the appropriate materials.

You will work closely with the local and global marketing team across multiple functions but also with local commercial teams such as Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships and Sales.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to build our brand, drive consideration and generate leads using digital marketing, partner marketing, webinars etc.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
  • Collaborate with local commercial leads, regional and global teams of marketing, designers, product managers, sales, subject matter experts, and external agencies to produce inspiring marketing programs
  • Ensure availability of relevant product marketing collateral for the DACH market by collaboration with the global product marketing team and help with coordinating go-to market strategies
  • Support Adyen’s partnership team with creating appropriate materials and drive integrated marketing campaigns with relevant partners
  • Optimize the educational program aimed to provide all customers with relevant knowledge at the right time to set them up for success from the start by coordinating webinars, trainings and collateral creation

Who you are

  • 2-3+ years of marketing experience, B2B tech or payments experience is a plus
  • A creative thinker with demonstrated success in creating and executing content collateral and campaigns
  • Highly motivated team player with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge & develop best practices
  • Experience in managing external agencies and partners
  • Excellent written and oral command of German and English
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Experience in working with CRM business tools like Salesforce and Marketo is a plus
