Marketing Campaign Manager, UK 

Adyen is looking for a marketing campaign manager to build innovative cross channel programs to engage our UK target audiences, increase brand awareness and support the sales funnel. 

The role includes working cross-functionally across sales, SDR, partnerships, content and design. In this role, you are responsible for planning and executing the delivery of ABM campaigns across a range of sectors. 

The successful candidate is passionate about outbound marketing and thrives in a commercial environment and enjoys driving leads, converting them to opportunities.  

Your responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Demand Generation Team Lead to organise and plan outbound campaigns;
  • Develop messaging for email marketing campaigns, landing pages and social posts;
  • Build target lists for marketing and SDR outreach using tools such as Tami, Salesforce and sometimes LinkedIn;
  • Working with demand generation suppliers for syndicating content and measuring the effectiveness of working together;
  • Establish, track, and improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI. Address and implement action plans to address gaps;
  • Using a marketing automation tool (Marketo) and Salesforce to set up campaigns and nurture programmes.

Your background: 

  • Three or more years’ experience in a multi-dimensional marketing role, with experience in marketing campaign planning and execution;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, which allow you to quickly build rapport with teams across different functions;
  • You like to understand the ROI of marketing activities and foster an iterative way of working and learning to drive strong results;
  • A strategic and commercial mindset, with a proven track record of liaising with commercial functions to deliver impactful marketing programs.
