Marketing Manager, Canada

Adyen is looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to lead Canada marketing programs across key channels that will increase brand awareness and drive MQLs. You will be Adyen North America’s go-to marketer for all things Canada, working across the NA Marketing organization to develop strategy, campaigns, events, and content. 

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and savvy with 360 B2B marketing. This role is based out of our Toronto office

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with NA Marketing team members to develop marketing strategy for Canada, lead planning with relevant stakeholders, and ensure alignment of Canada commercial objectives with broader North America marketing goals. 
  • Create and manage integrated marketing programs (digital marketing, events, partner marketing, social, webinars) to drive brand lift, consideration, and MQLs. 
  • Be the local market expert, working closely with Canada teams (Sales, Account Management, Leadership) to surface country insights, advise on strategy, and highlight customer success stories. 
  • Track and evaluate the impact of marketing programs to identify and recommend optimizations for future campaigns. 
  • Manage events (with NA Event Marketing team), ranging from customer events, sponsored events, and Adyen-owned events / webinars. 
  • Manage budget, internal resources, and agencies.

 Who you are

  • 6+ years of integrated B2B marketing and customer acquisition experience  
  • Proven experience developing and leading regional, multi-tactic marketing programs - with results
  • Experience localizing larger campaigns to meaningfully engage regional audiences
  • Collaborative nature with strong background strategizing with Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships
  • Self-motivated, creative, and humorous person who loves working in a global environment and is willing to travel
  • Some domestic and international travel required as safety permits
  • Strong English skills, French is a plus
