Learning & Development Program Manager

As a Learning & Development Program Manager you will be responsible for developing learning and development programs to onboard and grow new talent effectively across Adyen. With the aim to drive an engaging and inspiring journey in which our future payment rockstars can develop effectively. You will drive collaboration to ensure alignment and a smooth onboarding experience across regions and functions. 

What you'll do:

  • Design of a new onboarding program, in which you will work closely together with the functions and regions to create a unique experience for our new joiners;
  • Oversee and coordinate the iterations of the related team programs that enhance the capabilities of new employees’ growth through continued education and skills training, with the intention of enabling them to quickly ramp up, maintain quality and efficiency in their work;
  • Create, source, and organize various educational materials, live trainings, events/cohorts and mini projects to enhance the related programs;
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of related programs - and adjust as necessary;
  • Scale the onboarding: to function as a multiplier by making sure you share best practices and enabling others to run programs and initiatives as well.
  • Design new (blended) training programs based on business needs.

Who you are:

  • You are a strong collaborator - you easily built networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact;
  • At least 4 years of program/project management experience, preferably in the tech industry;
  • Experience in learning and development (design & facilitation) or leading team-wide training;
  • Ability to create strong community bonds between new hires;
  • Preference to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment;
  • Excellent communication facilitation, and presentation skills; the ability to translate data for different audiences;
  • You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.

Please, note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of the Netherlands.
