Commissions Specialist – Salesforce Admin

The Commercial Operations & Tools Team at Adyen has an enabling function with the mission to ensure commercial teams to run efficiently, effectively and in line with the business strategy. We support the commercial organization by driving results. 

In this role you will be responsible for compensation-related projects for a fast paced and exponentially growing commercial team. Not only will you be driving the process, you will also be the Salesforce administrator looking after and improving our rewards and maintain the integrations related to our commissions scheme. This is why we need somebody with a can-do attitude who can roll up his/her sleeves and work across different teams such as Sales, Finance and HR creating real time impact globally.  

What you’ll do

  • Manage all aspects of the commission process end-to-end ensuring correct and timely payouts each quarter.
  • Design and introduce sales incentives that help unlocking new growth opportunities and support strategic commercial objectives
  • Be the Salesforce Admin responsible for all compensation related projects (building workflows, process builders, review & test new features, fix bugs etc) as well as maintain relevant integrations such as CaptivateIQ
  • Provide quarterly and adhoc reporting and give insights into commission payouts and patterns to the leadership team as needed.
  • Address commission related questions from commercial teams and troubleshoot/ resolve calculation or data mistakes in Salesforce and CaptivateIQ.
  • Administer and implement commission plan changes and proactively continue evaluation and improvements of Salesforce, CaptivateIQ and other integrations with the focus on compensation projects
  • Help educate and communicate changes to users
  • Maintain data quality and structure in Salesforce as relating to our compensation

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Business or a related quantitative degree field.
  • 2/3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin (or equivalent tools)
  • Experience with sales incentive plans and commissions is a must
  • An absolute Pro in Excel with affinity for numbers and driving efficiencies
  • You have experience working with multiple teams and coordinating different requests
  • Experience in company with a fast pace and lots of freedom is a big plus

Please, note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of the Netherlands.
